Starting March 4 Toughest Cowboy moves to the action-packed Wednesday lineup at 11 PM ET/PT on Spike

Toughest Cowboy has moved to a new night, Wednesdays at 11 p.m. ET/PT, following the very popular Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) programming on Spike TV. If you miss any of the broadcasts, you can now watch each episode online at Spike.com. Each episode will be available for one week beginning the day after the original broadcast.

This week on Toughest Cowboy
The 2009 season of Toughest Cowboy has been a thrill ride of grit and determination as many of the competitors have fought through pain and adversity to edge closer to the grand prize Rocky Mountain ranch.

Only eight cowboys remain as Toughest Cowboy moves to Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, this week for the 2009 Quarter-finals. Starting this week three competitors will be forced into the Knockout Round, with two cowboys being eliminated, leaving only one competitor to join the other five remaining cowboys to advance to the Semi-finals. It all starts Wednesday, March 4th at 11PM ET/PT on Spike TV.
